Nightfall will unfold the evening of Thursday, April 2, 2015 at the Crystal Ballroom Houston, a short 15 minute walk from the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
The Crystal Ballroom is a 1913 historic ballroom located in the heart of downtown Houston’s famed Rice Hotel. You’ll be swept away with the location’s crystal chandeliers, heroic murals, immaculate 35-foot vaulted ceiling and picturesque sunset from the full wraparound terrace. This is one of Houston's most treasured and historic landmarks, an event here is not to be missed.
If you are planning on attending the convention it is highly recommend to plan an earlier arrival to attend Nightfall. Hotel room blocks are also being currently offered and organized by Palace of Princes for those still looking for accommodations to attend both Nightfall and the convention. Please check this Facebook group for more information.
Nightfall will be the largest gathering of Ouji and Aristocrats hosted by Palace of Princes. Although Boystyle outfits are highly encouraged, all Japanese fashion styles are welcome, including: Lolita, Gyaru, Mori, Otome, Visual Kei, Decora, Shironuri, Fairy Kei, Dolly Kei, Cult Party Kei, etc.
If you are new to Boystyle and don't know where to start, check out the Palace of Princes blog which has everything you need to get started with your outfit.
This is a Japanese street fashion event that will be photographed and filmed and we ask that you dress to impress.
Nightfall is a non-cosplay event and those who arrive in cosplay attire will be turned away at the door and be asked to change.
